How to Make a booking

We do not have an online booking available.

Please call Slice of life tours and discuss the tour that you are interested in taking

Once you have decided on your tour we will send you a booking form to be filled in.

Send you a booking form with a $300.00 to secure your spot [this will be taken from your $1000.00 deposit].

Deposit

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT

To secure your booking you must fill in booking form along with holding fee of $300.00 [ taken out of deposit]

You are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of [$1000.00] per person per tour within [7 days] of making your booking for your booking to be confirmed.

If your booking is made within [90 days] of the departure date then your non-refundable deposit of [$1000.00] per person per tour is payable at the time of booking.

ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING AND FINAL PAYMENTS

The Contract will exist between us from the date:

we issue a confirmation invoice if you book more than 90 days from the date of departure; or

we accept payment of the balance of the tour price if you book within 90 days from the date of departure.

Second Payment (50%) of the balance of the tour is due

[120 days] before the departure date

Payment of the balance of the tour price is due:

[60 days] before the departure date, if you book more than 90 days from the date of departure; or

immediately, if you book within 90 days from the date of departure.

Tickets and other documents will not be forwarded until a final payment has been received by Slice of Life. If this balance is not paid on or before the due date we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled.

In the event Slice of Life Tours offers special ‘early bird’ tour prices, payment must be made in accordance with specific terms as advertised and not in accordance with this clause 4. (please read your terms and condition

When filling out Your Booking form

YOUR DETAILS 

In order for us to confirm your travel arrangements, you must provide all requested details with the balance of the tour price.

Necessary details include full name as per passport, date of birth, nationality, passport number, passport issue and expiry date and any pre-existing medical conditions you have which may affect your ability to complete your travel arrangements.

Your booking cannot be confirmed without provision of these details.
